Can I use my personal truck?
You are welcome to move using any vehicle. However, our moving team is only authorized to drive our moving trucks. These trucks are insured and maintained to the highest standard to ensure that your belongings are safe while in transit.
They also include all the essential moving equipment (dolly, pads, straps, wrap, etc.), which can save you money and keep you from needing to get these items yourself.
How are moving costs calculated?
Moving costs depend on factors such as the distance of the move, the volume of items, and any additional services (e.g., packing, storage). Contact us for a customized quote.
What should I do to prepare for moving day?
Ensure all items are packed (unless we’re providing packing services), appliances are disconnected, and walkways are clear. Label boxes with their destination rooms to streamline the process.
How long does delivery take?
We offer various delivery options, including same-day, next-day, and standard delivery. The timeframe depends on the service you select and the destination.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all deliveries include real-time tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s progress from pickup to delivery.
Are there items you don’t deliver?
For safety and legal reasons, we do not deliver hazardous materials, perishable goods, or restricted items such as firearms or alcohol (depending on local laws).
Can you deliver fragile or valuable items?
Yes, we handle fragile and valuable items with extra care. Let us know in advance, and we’ll use appropriate packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer proof of delivery?
Yes, we provide proof of delivery (POD), which includes the recipient’s signature and confirmation of delivery time.
